hello everyone!! sorry for the late update again...not including the previous one..its almost a month again..

well, holidays are here and we're entering the second week...actually we have alreayd entered..haha..well,the first week have been quite good..the highlight of it.. wed and thurs outreach at orchard..it was a really great experience!!

here's what happened..

well,a few of us..bev,aaron,jiahao,jane and myself chiong to douby ghaut after badminton...erm..only maybe not chiong, cos we cld'nt do anything when we on the bus..we were at the mercy of the bus driver..haha..well,we waited and waited and finally we reached!!! err..30 mins late..oops..sorry abt dat..

Anw,it was drizzling at dat time..and dat brought many pple into the malls..which wasnt really a good thing..but thank God that there were still quite a few pple hanging around outside..yupz..so bev, jane n myself were together and we went out..we were all quite unfamilar with the place and it was quite small and we cldnt really find someone plus we lacked the courage to approach certain pple..well,we did approach some pple..some rejected the tract, some took the tract but didnt have the time to listen to us..finally,we approached 2 indian middle aged men..one was quite open...receptive and seemed quite interested...we shared with them the full gospel..Thank God for the liberty to do so..but there was abit of a confusion goin on..we got abit confused too..well,no decision was made but it was definately a great time of sharing and i thank God for that..during the time of sharing, bev noticed 2 guys a distance from us..one seemed to be stareing while the other was signalling to us to go to him..well, after sharing with the 2 indian men we quickly walked away..avoiding the 2 men but they started to follow us..we got a little scared and we calmly made our way to seven11..they walked past but didnt see us..thank God for protection..=)

Then, the search for the lost continued and we approached a young lady, Alina..she was waiting for her friend so we took the opportunity to present to her the gospel..she was quite open too..=) the sharing went quite well, she wanted to make a decision but her friend came and she had to go..well,a seed was sown..pray that she'll come tp know the Lord soon or maybe pop by our church one day...yupz..dat was abt the end of wed outreach..it was really a great experience with such liberty to share!

Thurs-another great experience..made my way to cineleisure and there we were split up..bev, jiahao and myself were together so we went out..we approached a young lady, fionia who's a catholic,we shared with her the full gospel as well..think she got a little confused in the end..she contradicted herself..but well, still thank God for that time.. after quite sometime we saw an indian man, think he's name is Mike and approached him..he kinda contradicted himself the whole time and it was not easy for bev to bring the whole gospel across but thank God for His sufficient grace, bev did it!! Mike was a guy with many of his own thoughts..and started telling us abt wat he think of this world and many things but he seemed quite distracted at times..well,dat was the end of thurs street e and another great experience added on!

Street E is really like no other ministry and all the exposure and experience u get from street E..you can get it...no where else!! many perious and valuable lessons to learn each week and you can really see the working of the Holy Spirit..thank God for each street E,thank God for every seed sown, thank God for protection, thank God for the liberty to share..=)=)=) You've got to come down to experience it urself!!! there's no other way!!!=p

Here's a poem to share with all..

I thought You were my friend

My friend, I stand in judgement now and feel
that you're to blame somehow.
While on this earth I walked with you
day by day. And you never did point the way.
You knew the Lord in truth and
glory but never did you ever tell the story.
My knowledge then was very dim.
You could haev led me safe to Him.
Though we lived together on earth,
You neve rtold me of your second birth.
And now I stand this day condemned
because you failed to mention Him.
You taught me many things, that's true.
I called you friend and trusted you.
But I learned now that it's too late.
You could have kept me from this fate.
We walked by day and talked by night,
and yet you showed me not the light.
And you let me live, love and die.
and all the while you knoew
I'd never live on high.
Yes, i called you friend in life and
I trusted you in joy and strife.
And yet in coming to this end,
I see you really weren't my friend.
