Lord, lead on...

Was on the bus back today, listening to my mp3, a familar song, heard and sang many times but this time it was different. The song spoke to me in a way which I can't explain in words.
Perfect song, perfect time, no coincidence.

GOD MAKES NO MISTAKE

My life I give to you O lord
Use me I pray
May I glorify your precious name
In all I do and say
Let me trust you in the valley dark
As well as in the Light
Knowing you will always lead me
Your will I always right

I know God makes no mistake
He leads in every path I take
Along the way that’s
leading me to home
Though at times my heart would break
There’s a purpose in every change he makes
That others would see my life and know
That God makes no mistake

And when someday in heav’n above
I see His dear face
May I then be counted faithful
As a runner in this race
Now I’m trusting in the Savior
To show me the way
In His righteousness He guides me
As I seek to please Him day by day

I know God makes no mistake
He leads in every path I take
Along the way that’s leading me to home
Though at times my heart would break
There’s a purpose in every change he makes
That others would see my life and know
That God makes no mistake

Recieved the results, so it's time for decision making once again. Where to go? Which place do I like best? How about friends? How about the culture of the school? How about coping with the pace? So many questions have been running through my head..unsure, unclear as to which school to choose but 2 things I know.
1. God makes no mistake, He will lead in every path. This is always a comforting thought that the God who never fails is in complete control but the thing that struck me most is the next point..
2. All I want is that others will see my life and know that God makes no mistake.

That's the purpose of a Christian living on this earth, to point others to Christ and what better way than through the life we live.

Had fears on which school to put as what choice and the consequences it will bring about but I guess when things seems so unclear and uncertain, we just got to take a step of faith.

"As soon as the priests.. set foot in Jordan, its waters..will be cut off" Josh 3:13 The Israelites were told to "set foot in the Jordan" before " its waters..will be cut off". If they had come down to the riverbank and waited for the water to divide before stepping into the water, they would have waited in vain. Similarly, we must learn to take God at His Word and walk straight ahead in obedience, even when we can see no way to go forward. Many times we expect barriers to be removed and the path to clear before we even try to pass through them. If we could only move straight ahead in faith, the road will be cleared for us.

It's not where I will feel comfortable, it's not where I want to go, it's where God wants me to be.

Here am I Lord, send me.
