First of its kind
and its mind blowing

Problems arose
Small initially
Then it shrank further
But a purpose behind it all
Smaller team
Tighter bonds
Closer friendships
Extraordinary teamwork

It seemed like we knew each other for years
yet in reality,
it was only but minutes ago when we first met

Different backgrounds
Different schools
Different level of experience n skill
Different individuals

None of it mattered

Identities of 3 schools melted
9-12 individuals came together
to form one team,
RVT

One word:
AMAZING

More trustworthy than the weather forecast
to bring about the perfect sky

More faithful than time can tell
to bring many back to Your side

More loving than anyone
to bring about love that transcends beyond the earthly

More abundantly above all that we ask
to bring about the smiles, laughter and joy
admist all the mud and dirt

to allow us to stand in awe of You

our God
my God
I believe You,
my only God

God didn't bless because of the camp, the camp was blessed because of God
It's not what I do but what God does that matters

Tick tick tick
Click click
Just a few clicks
and seemingly infinte ticks
I realised that its been 12
though 1 short
it was still definitely something to remember

Simple as it is
perhaps common to many
history repeated itself after 12
the above phrase usually has a negative conotation to it
but not this time

It took 12
simple as it is
long as it took
nothing special
but im thankful for it :)

Looking forward to the next
not sure how long it will take till then
another 12?
or maybe 24?
1 step at a time
be thankful :)

It's over
"Has it hit home?" someone asked
Wouldn't know unless there's a definition
Recalling some thoughts then,
maybe I'm not meant to be where everyone else is
but to be contented with where God will put me at
Well, I'm glad its all over

It came close
but I cannot be more thankful that it didnt come to pass
and now, better than before :)

Cream or blue?
Sand or sky?
vastly difference experience
perhaps i see more come out of the sky
more enjoyable times
but of course,
somethings i did take away with me from the sand
valuable lessons which i probably couldn't have learnt
without stepping out of the blue
Entering into the blue wasnt much of a choice
but nonetheless, it was memorable
The sand was a choice of my own,
some regrets along the way
but now that I've reached the end
There's something I have taken away with me
And I'm looking forward to reaping more

The journey of both have come to an end
Deep down,
there's always more room for the sky

Its time for a change,
maybe the turquoise ocean
or the crimson sun?

it's a new beginning
